Established in 1948, Southern Photo Technical Service has served as an Authorized Service Center for more than 15 major manufacturers of photographic equipment. Our factory-trained technicians use state of the art tools and test equipment to provide the highest quality of repair services as dictated by the manufacturers we provide warranty and non-warranty repairs for as a Authorized Service Center. We also provide warranty repair services for several Extended Warranty Companies”. Some manufacturers have come and gone, like Agfa, Bronica, Contax, GAF, Konica, Kyorcera, Minolta, Polariod and Yashica and we will miss them all, but Southern Photo Technical Service is still here to serve your repair needs.
Leadership and Experience Counts!
Isaac Hadid, President of Southern Photo Technical Service has over 27 years experience as a factory-trained technician and is World renowned for his repair services and expertise as a master camera repair technician. Isaac has attended nearly all manufacturer repair training for Canon, Fuji, Kodak, Konica, Minolta, Nikon, Olympus, Polariod, Ricoh and Yashica. He also managed and provided repair services as a manufacturer sub-contractor for Canon, Fuji, Minolta, Nikon, Ricoh, Olympus and Yashica while working in New York for 18 years at Chrysler Camera and Photo Tech Repair Service, before moving on to save the failing Comet Camera and Video, located in Philadelphia Pa. in the year 2000. Isaac relocated to S. Florida to take over and rebuild Southern Photo Technical Service in 2002 that was experiencing financial hardship.
In all, Isaac has a resume unmatched in the photographic equipment repair industry and knows what customers expect from their service and repair experience.
