Club Membership Service and Repair, Terms and Agreements:

All “new product” warranty repairs claims require a copy of sales slip as proof of purchase. This “proof of purchase” requirement is dictated by the equipment manufacturers we represent as a Authorized Service Center.

All members receive free sensor cleaning, testing and diagnostics and firmware updates for two cameras per membership. Free estimates, toll free tech support, repair discounts for non-warranty repairs and all other membership benefits will apply to any photographic equipment sent by the club member without limits to quantity.

Six-month” repair warranty” covers “parts and labor” only on all non-warranty repair services and is subject to the same terms as the one-year manufacturer warranty for new products. This warranty excludes water, liquid, sand, shock, impact, tampering, mishandling or other accidental damage. All shipping and handling is the responsibility of the club member. View finders are always cleaned “best as possible” and dust in viewfinders is not warranted, after all, dust is dust and impossible to warranty view finder cleanliness.
